Our client a busy payroll bureau based in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced senior payroll coordinator to join their team. This role will be working amongst a team of 4, taking responsibility for payroll processing for several clients. Responsibilities and Duties include: * Responsible for managing own portfolio of clients. * Assist the payroll team and work towards payroll deadlines. * Dealing with complex payroll and pension queries. * Attend client meetings as and when required. * Completion of tax year end and P11Ds. * Manual calculations.Person Specification/ Experience: * CIPP or equivalent qualified preferred * Experience processing monthly and weekly client payroll from start to finish. * Experience with IRIS (Star) would be beneficial although not essential * A team player equipped for working within a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) enabling effective rapport with customers and colleagues.Benefits: * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Salary sacrifice pension scheme * Private medical * Life cover Hours: 9am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday - Hybrid working available (2 days office based - 3 days WFH) 969777CH2INDPAYS

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy team.As a Payroll Administrator, duties include: * To take ownership of payrolls, processing accurately within the given time scales, for multiple payrolls in total of different frequencies * To ensure accurate and up to date payroll and pension records are kept on payroll system * Input and maintain accurate data on payroll software within given timescales * Provide accurate internal and external reports upon request. * To complete all HMRC returns (RTI) and ensure payroll compliance. * Complete Auto Enrolment duties and prepare client information. * Prepare emails for clients, informing them of their PAYE liabilities and other payroll related matters. * Effectively and professionally deal with internal and client queries by telephone or email. * Deal with External Agencies i.e. HMRC * Learn and maintain up to date knowledge of payroll and Auto Enrolment. * Provide clients with Letters where required. * Maintain Payroll Administration for all Payroll Clients If you have previous payroll experience, and willing to learn new systems and processes then please apply now! 970406SBR2INDPAYS

Some great benefits including finishing early on a Wednesday and Friday. * Support sites with data input and check output for employees in a set group of branches. * Support the set-up of new starters, input by the sites ensuring the correct documentation is received to comply with Company policies and Home Office legislation. * Assist sites to adjust hours and input them where necessary. * Check that statutory payments are recorded and are calculating correctly eg, SSP. My client based in Hampshire are looking to recruit a Data Entry Payroll Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis.You will join the team and be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of the UK payroll and entering starters, overtime and expenses and you will be using Excel on a daily basis.In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate previous experience processing high volume monthly payrolls from start to finish.
