Salary – £40,000 – £50,000
Portfolio Payroll are currently working alongside an excellent tech company whose office in Manchester City Centre are looking for a new Customer Payroll Manager to join their lovely office and help manage the payroll team and look after their high-calibre clients.
The role is full-time (37.5 hours a week) and permanent.
Responsibilities:
* Transition of new client payroll.
* Oversee UAT phase.
* Management of parallel run phase.
* Creation of BPO payroll specific documentation.
* Day-to-day management of Payroll team.
* Answering complex payroll related queries.
* Building and maintaining healthy relationship with clients.
* Managing, training, and developing the team.
Requirements:
* MUST have experience using the payroll system Oracle.
* MUST have a CIPP degree.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Sufficient experience in a payroll position, specifically in a supervisory/management position.
* Previous experience with high volume payrolls.
* Up-to-date legislation knowledge.
