A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for a fast growing and entrepreneurial business.

A newly created EMEA Payroll Specialist is being recruited to join them to manage and process the EMEA payroll function.

This role will report into the Reward Manager.

Responsibilities will be:

* Day to day management of the EMEA payrolls – countries include UK, Germany, France, Italy, Greece, Sweden and Spain
* Using multiple in country partners to support with the coordination of these payrolls
* Building robust and long term relationships with vendor contacts
* Working with senior management to look at a global payroll vendor to centralise all payrolls
* Onboarding new countries through company growth
* Support with benefit administration
* Resolve payroll queries
