We are currently working with our nationally recognised client based in Birchwood to recruit an experienced and qualified HR officer.

Providing a generalist HR service across a wide-ranging business with a diverse demographic. We are looking for a CIPD qualified HR professional to provide comprehensive HR support including participation in disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management and advising on all people related matters.

Key Duties/Tasks:

* Providing first class HR advice and guidance
* ER case management
* Advising on all people related matters

Desirable skills and attributes:

* Excellent knowledge of UK employment law
* Generalist HR experience
* Experience in chairing and reporting on disciplinary and grievance procedures
