We are partnered with a leading provider of services to organisations across the UK. Currently looking to hire a HR & Payroll Operations Lead to support the Payroll Manager and lead the daily operations of the team.

Responsibilities include:

* Day to day management of the team
* Ownership of work distribution and allocation of priorities
* Conduct performance reviews with direct reports
* Identify training and development needs
* Ensure service is processed accurately and on time
* Maintain stakeholder relationships

Experience required:

* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong people management experience
* Up to date and excellent payroll knowledge
* Experience of high volume payroll

This role is hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. On offer is excellent training and development opportunities and competitive benefits.
