Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team
Duties include;
* Running payroll end to end for your portfolio of clients on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis
* Import client payrolls, reconciliation of data and raising then sending invoices
* Preparing payment batches
* Emailing and posting of payslips
* Sending out net pay SMS to workers
* Processing adjustments for workers at clients’ requests
* Dealing with payroll queries from workers
* Liaising with clients to ensure smooth running payrolls
* Escalate queries to Payroll Manager when necessary
* Sending payroll documents (Payslips, P45s etc)
* Checking post inbox & distributing to the team.
* Franking post and ensuring this is send by daily deadline
* Assisting accounts & compliance departments where tasks overlap
* Learning then continuously expanding knowledge of HMRC & CIS legislation
* You will have previous payroll experience
* You will be proactive, ambitious, willing to learn with an eye for detail, be a team player and able to work under pressure
