I’m currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for a legal firm based in Birmingham! The right candidate will a couple of years payroll experience.
* Reporting to the Payroll Manager
* Responsible for the input of Payroll data, including processing joiners, leavers, contractual changes and benefits changes.
* Dealing with customer queries (internal and external) relating to Payroll. Responding with professionalism and in a timely manner, and within agreed SLA’s
* Prioritising work load
* Have a strong technical understanding of current statutory legislation that directly relates to the Payroll function, including Tax, NI, and other statutory payments.
* SAP payroll system
* Ability to manually calculate Payroll statutory deductions
* Demonstrable payroll experience, preferably in a shared service environment.
* Effective relationship management of colleagues and customers
* Strong knowledge of Excel
The right candidate will have 3 – 5 years payroll experience.
