My client is looking for a payroll administrator to work within their leading supplier brand on a hybrid basis.
You will be responsible for supporting the Payroll Team in processing a monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.

Main Responsibilities:

* Supporting with the processing of 16 monthly payroll- this is using Northgate payroll system & will require candidates to process this fully from start to finish.
* All benefit administration – this will include regular renewals, negotiating for new benefits, resolving queries, and communication of benefits information to the business.
* Administering all starter and leaver information with regards to payroll & benefits.
* Working closely with the manager to develop benefits functions and improve employee experience.
* Prepare and process the Monthly payroll
* Plan and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met
* *Manage employee’s record, starter, and leaver paperwork,
* Carrying out statutory calculations
* Processing P45’s and P60’s.
* Booking and processing holiday pay
* Keeping up to date on current changes and legislation
