Payroll Assistant to join an organisation in Surrey where the individual will be responsible for processing a monthly payroll from information submitted by HR. The role will also be to assist in preparing monthly reports including monthly pension returns and payroll costings.
Other responsibilities will include;
* Maintain and update all payroll data including starters and leavers
* Maintaining own portfolio of clients including providing support and advise.
* Submit real time information and liaise with clients to arrange payments
* Production of year-end returns and P60’s;
* Liaising with pension providers when necessary
