We are working with a large and established organisation based in London who are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join People Team on a full time, permanent basis.
This is stand alone payroll position, working closely with HR. There is the option to work fully remote or on a hybrid basis.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager this role will support in payroll activities across London, Milan and Madrid.
Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
* Be the go to for all payroll and benefit inquiries, ensuring smooth payroll operations
* Leading on all benefits administration
* Process UK and global payrolls
* Oversee monthly benefit schemes
* Contribute to process improvements
* Extensive UK payroll experience
* Global experience is a plus but not essential
* Advanced Excel/GoogleSheets skills including VLookups, Pivot Tables and Formulas
* Demonstratable experience of process improvement and making a positive impact on the payroll department
