Job Description
Working as the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of different payrolls all with differing frequencies totalling 3000 employees. The role would suit someone who has used high volume systems previously. There will also be a real opportunity to be involved in improving processes and changes.
Responsibilities
* Management of a small- medium payroll team
* Upskilling, developing and lead a team
* Vendor management, third party provider relationship building
* End to end management of UK Payroll
* Irish payroll
Essential Requirements
* Strong system experience
* Strong ability to upskill, develop and lead a team
* Excellent legislation knowledge
* Experience with outsourcing provider
* Organised
