A successful and highly regarded business is currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This role will be responsible for leading and managing the payroll function.

As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Overseeing a multisited & monthly payroll
* Managing the expenses function on a monthly basis
* Responsible for all year end processing
* Regular liaising with senior stakeholders
* Manage and develop the payroll & benefits function – coaching, one to ones, appraisals etc
* Leading on payroll related projects
* Driving continuous change & improvement – carrying out positive changes
