An education client in central Manchester is looking for a payroll officer who is ready to hit the ground running on their payroll team. They are looking for someone who has experience in a fast-paced environment with end-to-end payroll experience. This role will initially be on a temporary basis, with the view of being made permanent.

Key Objectives:

* End to end Payroll processing for a team over 5,000
* Starters and leavers alongside queries
* Processing SSP
* Supporting RTI and HMRC submissions
* Processing bank payments and posting the BACS systems

Essential Requirements:

* All round payroll experience with PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to deal with a wide range of people.
* Outstanding numeracy, analytical and problem solving skills
