We are really excited to be working with our client based in Liverpool to recruit an experienced Reward and Benefits professional to support and bolster their current Reward and Benefits offering. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on and manage the business’ full reward offering, pensions and benefits. This is working within a larger HR & People team to deliver a first in class Reward and Benefits offering across a diverse business. This role will involve in the full pay review cycle and gender pay gap reporting, role modelling and job evaluation.
Key Duties/Tasks:
Ownership and management of the company reward and Benefit strategy
Management of Pensions schemes
Maintain the Employee Value Proposition
Managing the annual reward Cycle and the benefits renewal cycle
Resposnibility for cross business job evaluation and reward Strategies
Desirable skills and attributes:
Experienced Reward Professional with knowledge of Job evaluation, Gender pay gap reporting
Knowledge and experience managing Pensions
Supporting the senior management team in the pay review cycle
