Our client, a successful and established retail/manufacturing brand seeking an experienced International Payroll Manager to fulfil a 12-15 month maternity cover in Hemel Hempstead. This role will be temporarily remote based due to Covid-19.

Key Responsibilities and Duties include:

* Accountable for delivery of global payrolls
* Provide hands on support of the payroll analysts
* Oversee/sign off for all payrolls on a BAU basis
* Weekly, lunar and monthly payrolls for UK, ROI and other international payrolls using ADP
* Lead on process improvement

Requirements:

* ADP experience
* Experience with international payroll, including ROI
* Experience of processing payroll within a retail/FMCG environment
