We are currently working with a leading organisation within their sector who are looking to add to their small and supportive payroll department due to internal changes within the payroll function.

This role will be part time – approximately 20 hours a week with flexibility regarding the set up of this. This position will support the Payroll Manager and work closely with another Payroll Administrator to efficiently process monthly payroll.

Responsibilities include but will be limited to:

* Processing a part management payroll
* Assist the Payroll Manager with software projects
* Payroll reporting
* Financial reconciliations
* Processing starters, leavers, benefits, salary changes and absences
* Assist with year end processes including P60s & P11ds.

Experience required:

* Strong payroll experience
* Strong Excel skills – ideally VLookups & Pivot Tables

This role will be split between office and remote working. Standard working hours are 9am-5pm with flexibility around the structure of part time hours.
