Temp to Perm – 2 days from home 3 days in the office

We are currently recruiting for a temporary to permanent position for business services organisation based in Northampton, the appropriate candidate must be immediately available and ready to start a new role ASAP. Job Description:

* Monthly payroll processing: Ensure:
* All payroll processes and inputs comply with Company policies, procedures, external payroll rules and legal requirements.
* Monthly payments are accurate by checking inputs and conducting ad hoc quality checks.
* Company and statutory sickness and maternity payments are calculated correctly ad corresponding salary adjustments made where necessary.
* All changes have been approved by the relevant Site Manager or Senior Manager prior to input.
* All work is completed within agreed deadlines.
* Any payroll checklists are completed at the time the job is completed and filed in the relevant month’s payroll folder together with the relevant supporting payment and payroll approvals.
* Payments related to welfare, health, pension, etc. institutes are correct and made on time.
