Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to be a crucial part of the team within the FMCG industry? We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Expense Specialist to join a client of ours to join their internal payroll department.


* All payroll input, including starters, leavers and payroll changes, processing
* the payrolls end to end, reconciling the payroll, producing costing files and
* reporting
* Pension administration
* 3rd party payments
* Updating payroll system with new job positions, cost centres etc
* Reconciliation of Pizza Hut payroll related accounts
* Expense Administration, financial reporting, journals and reconciliation of the expense balance sheet
* Company charge card administration
* Travel administration
* Duty of Care administration
* Car rental booking, fuel card administration and invoice approval
* Administration of the company mileage capture system
* Update and submission of P46 car returns and P11Ds


* 2+ years’ experience processing full end to end payroll
* Must have experience processing expenses such as company credit card, balance sheets and financial reporting
