A logistics company based near Heathrow Airport are currently seeking a payroll administrator to join a fairly new team to process payroll for around 400 employees.
Payroll Administrator key Responsibilities and Duties include:
* Collecting and collating data from timesheets/clock cards and inputting onto Excel
* Manual calculations
* Dealing with payroll queries
* SSP, SMP, SPP
Payroll Administrator/ Account Assistant Person Specification/ Experience:
* Experience within a client payroll environment would be advantageous.
* Strong Excel & Numeracy experience (V-lookups and pivot tables)
* To be able to work in busy and fast paced environments.
* Good Team player
* Successful candidates will undertake a drug & alcohol test
* Must be able to provide 5 years reference details
