Our client is seeking an experienced Clients Payroll Administrator to join their busy team Duties include;Key responsibilities: * Accurate processing of client payrolls across weekly, monthly, quarterly pay cycles * Setting up PAYE schemes with HMRC * Maintaining and updating client and employee permanent changes * Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as required * Knowledgeable in the administration of auto enrolment pensions via payroll * Working in a team working with multiple clients payrolls * Processing payrolls from start to finish on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis * Dealing with client payroll and system queries * Processing SMP, SSP and any other stator payments * Setting up new PAYE schemes and liaising with the HMRC * Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of client payrolls * Undertake general administrative duties and work collaboratively within the payroll team * Responsible for effectively communicating with clients, offices, HMRC and third-party providers * Make sure we are always giving our clients the best payroll service you will need to keep up to date with all payroll legislation and industry changes * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * The person will need to be able to hit the road running and ideally be confident in payroll transfers and end to end processing * Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting tight deadlines You will have; * Minimum of 3 years payroll experience work experience ideally within a bureau/practice environment * CIPP trained or qualified preferred * Strong IT skills including MS Office and databases * Experience of various pension providers * Ability to build relationships * Ability to work to tight deadlines * Self -motivated and able to work under minimal supervision * Excellent customer care skills If you have worked within a bureau or practise processing multiple clients payrolls previously then please apply now INDPAYS

We're seeking a motivated and well-organised individual to join our clients Marketing team as a Campaign Coordinator!Reporting to the Head of Digital Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling targeted lead generation and nurture campaigns, ensuring effective cross-department communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong digital marketing skills, excellent communication and organisation abilities, and a passion for driving business growth through collaborative efforts. Day to Day * Collaborate with sales, content, and data analytics teams to identify key themes and target ideal customer profiles and buying personas. * Develop targeted and compelling growth campaigns, including inbound, outreach, and nurture campaigns. * Utilize targeting, content, and channel strategies to achieve key targets. * Schedule and distribute campaign materials, and manage sales enablement documentation. * Assist in developing and implementing prospect engagement initiatives with sales to achieve company objectives. * Monitor and report on leads, coordinating with sales for follow-up. Campaign Coordination & Planning * Develop a quarterly campaign schedule per target audience in agreement with the Head of Digital Growth. * Coordinate with the cross-functional marketing team for roadmap planning, campaign briefing, and execution across various channels. * Collaborate with content, video, webinar, and design teams to create and repurpose campaign content. * Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from data collection and research to execution and reporting. * Coordinate campaign execution via management tools, communicating status and deadlines to senior managers. * Share performance insights and coordinate debriefing sessions to optimize future campaigns. * Work with the marketing automation team to ensure "always on" brand channels are updated monthly. * Research industry trends and highlight themes for campaign planning.
