Our client is a world leading Financial Services organisation based in the heart of London. They are seeking an experienced UK payroll & Finance professional on a permanent, full time basis.
Reporting into the Global Head of Payroll and working closely with HR and payroll, this role will be responsible for preparing and posting payroll and HR journals, completing balance sheet reconciliations and recharges.
* Work with stakeholders in the Finance team to ensure that the HR / Payroll related accounts are accurate and complete.
* Prepare all relevant payroll journals on a monthly basis.
* Complete all HR/Payroll balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
* Review staff costs for UK entities
* Work with HR on budgeting and forecasting
* Manage the DB pension rec
* Extensive payroll & finance related experience
* In depth understanding of payroll accounting, reconciliations, GL postings etc
* SAP knowledge is desirable
