A brand-new Payroll Administrator position created - reporting into the Payroll Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a bespoke payroll services for a portfolio of clients. The role in St Albans will push you forward in a busy, challenging payroll environment and allow you to achieve further strengths in your payroll career taking on a full payroll administration process. The suitable candidate will hold a strong payroll knowledge base, preferably comfortable within a Bureau environment. Our client based in Peterborough are actively seeking a payroll clerk to join their team. This role will hold responsibility for processing payroll data for all employees using the IRIS payroll system.You will be responsible for manual calculations of overtime from timesheets, P11d's, year-end, processing starters and leavers, liaising with the HMRC and dealing with payroll queries. Knowledge of payroll processing and an understanding of VAT is essential.
