The Senior Payroll Assistant role involves making sure employees are paid accurately and on time and in accordance with statutory regulations. You will need a thorough eye for detail, a high level of accuracy, a good aptitude for figures and the ability to handle complex payroll scenarios are paramount as these are core to the payroll function daily.
